Same Iso Code for multiple UOM - ALE MATMAS Distribution

Dear Experts,

we are using an ERP with a decentral EWM System. After checking some material master data, I noticed some deviation with some Base Unit of Measures,

We are using the UOM "ST" and the UOM "STN" in our ERP. Both are assigned to the IsoCode "PCE".

After Replicating the Material Master to the EWM, I noticed that each material which has the Base UOM "STN" in ERP has the Base UOM "ST" in ERP now. This makes sense, because "ST" is marked as Primary UOM here. The ALE routine converts to UOM to the IsoCode, which results in "STN" for both.

And now here comes the question: Is there a way to replicate the Material Master with the correct Base UOM, even when there are multipe UOM's assigned to one IsoCode?
