Processing POs with no material code in EWM

Hi

I come across this strange scenario. I am not sure whether EWM works without having a material code to receive stocks. Can someone please clarify whether this type of GR posting which is possible in MM, is also possible or not possible in EWM?

Hi,

There must be subsequent product master in EWM for the material master in ECC system. According to my understanding, EWM doesn't work without product master.
