MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump occurring when executing SE80 t code

Hi all

When I execute SE80 t code, the error occur as MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump.

I read the note about this dump and I checked sap gui with NWCHECKWORKSTATION.EXE command. It results no error in gui. I did automation and control manager trace. It results sap gui application "Create control failed" and "Assignproperty2 Type mismatch" as shown in below images. Now I don't know how to resolve it. Please help me

Most of the times, is one of 3 causes:

1. Bug on the SAP GUI: Please install latest patch available for your version.
2. Recent SP upgrade on the SAP system: Please check for SAP notes regarding your version
3. ABAP code modification done on SAP standard code: Please check for recent transport orders containg that objet.
