Partial Approval Workflow

Classic Scenario; SRM 5.0; R/3 46C; CCM 2.0

Hi everyone,

I had a question about the standard partial approval workflow.

If a requester creates a 2 line item shopping cart and sends to the approver and the approver accepts the 1st line item and 2nd line item, what happens next? I believe that the requester should receive the workitem back. At this point does the requester accepts the change? Or does the requester not have the ability to do anything but just view? I am not sure if the workitem should just go back to the approver automatically or the requester has to process the item by "Accepting Change."

I am unclear because our current dev environment is using customized workflows....

Hi,

WHen the 2nd item is rejected,the requestor gets a witem in his inbox with the status for that item as rejected..The requestor then can resubmit the SC using the Change button (goes for approval again) or he can "accept the changes"(then the SC contains only 1 item then again goes for approval with 1 item).
