Error with commodity catalog

Hi,

When I upload a catalog, I get the error message that The classification code cannot be assigned to the hierarchy of a catalogue.

The commodity code is active in the system, it is part of the list "Custom", so what could I be doing wrong?

Hello,

This error could be because of a mismatch in the UNSPSC version. I'd recommend running the catalog hierarchy import after making sure the custom code is using the same version. Here are some steps in case you need them:  How do I automatically create a new catalog hierarchy?
