Practice system hours from certification bundle not e...

I purchased the two-attempt certification bundle, which includes 10 hours of practice system access. The exam attempts were provisioned and I've used one, but the practice system hours were never enabled on my account, so I can't reach the practice system at all. I have an open support case that hasn't resolved it. Is there an activation step I'm missing, or a team that handles bundle entitlements? @Margit_Wagner

My case has been updated and I have been informed that:

"Upon checking, we can confirm that the AIG02 practice system is not included in the practice system access covered by this type of subscription."

Also, "The available systems should be displayed on the SAP Learning practice systems page, where systems included in your subscription should have an enabled Enroll button..."

I was also provided with an excel spreadsheet that itemizes the available systems, which is helpful.  But even the available systems do not appear on the above linked practice systems page with an Enroll button.  There is no indication on that page what is and what is not available.  You have to click into each system to see whether an Enroll button is available.
