I am trying to purchase Learning Hub subscription for the stay current assessment although every time I try to check out, an error is appearing.
"We encountered an issue with your order. (Error Code: VAL_0101)"
I have raised this to support team 5 days ago although they have not been able to provide a solution.
Wondering if anyone encountered this before and have any answer on how to fix this?
Thank you.

Hi,
I was in similar situation couple of years back (and last month) when i tried to buy learning hub as an individual. Since you have less than a week to keep current with your certifications, Fastest way to get subscription in by contacting one of your local SAP Learning partners , they can buy subscription with your SAP ID. Partners usually need 2-3 working days (in India) to get your LHub activated.
If you have already raised a ticket with SAP i guess they can help you by directing you to a learning partner and expedite the purchase and activation.
Someone from SAP please take a note, I think SAP should seriously consider allowing individual users (who are not having a Job like me with no learning subscription from customer/partner) to buy LHub directly. Without this we individuals will end up lose time looking for partners and risk losing our certification validity.
Regards,
Jagan.

Hi,
Did anyone resolve this issue? I am having the same error when I am trying to buy the Learning Hub license for myself.
I have entered all of the data into account and connected it with SAP Universal ID where my certificates are stored.
Right know I am a little bit confuses, because if i am not able to buy SAP Learning Hub license by mysefl, all of my certificates will becaome invalid (first one on March 18th). I have supposed it should be no problem to buy the license for myself if I have a company registered in Poland (I am not able to get the license from my Contract providing company so I have decided to buy it for myself).
I have already created support ticked SAP Store Support Request :1000600470. @Margit_Wagner I see that you have replied to previous cases, would you be so kind and check my case also? Thanks!

I have been trying for a month now, have submitted four different orders for an individual Learning Hub subscription and despite apologies and promises from SAP still do not have my instance. You stated that one must accept Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions link brings up a pop-up that says at the top that you must click Accept or Agree but the only buttons are Print or Close - no option to Accept or Agree.
