How to Start Study for SAP ECC - PP module ?

Hi Guys,

I am new to SAP World and i am learning SAP ECC 6.0 - PP module. There are lots of documents and books available, but i am very confused as to where to i start from. What should be the steps as i need basic and then detail level knowledge. I have access to SAP ECC 6.0(IDES) system in PP module. Please guide me with the best approach from study.
