And that's a wrap..... Together with @josh_bentley, @RichHeilman, @thomas_jung, @SavioMarques, @jessicademarchi and @caiograbalos, we did a few SAP CodeJams in Latin America - four different cities (São Paulo 🇧🇷, Lima 🇵🇪, Mexico City 🇲🇽 and Bogota 🇨🇴), various meetups and even joined the SAP Inside Track in São Paulo. As part of the roadshow, we run the Getting started with Generative AI Hub on SAP AI Core and ABAP Cloud & ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model CodeJams. It is always great to meet community members where they are and learn about the challenges they face in the different project and how SAP products enable them to tackle these.
This is the 2nd roadshow we've done in the region, and what a great experience it was. It was great to meet in person many SAP community members that I've interacted with online in the past. As well as seeing some familiar faces in the locations that we visited in the 1st LATAM roadshow.
São Paulo 🇧🇷
@josh_bentley already share a recap of the events in Brazil and the first event in Peru.... so go ahead and check out all the photos he is sharing in the blog post - https://community.sap.com/t5/sap-codejam-discussions/sap-codejam-roadshow-latam-2025-the-first-half-...
Lima 🇵🇪
This is the first time we've done CodeJams in Lima, hosted at the SAP office. It was great to meet the local community and lovely to enjoy some of the local cuisine and coffee :-). Thanks to everyone who joined, even though there was a holiday right in the middle of the week #PeruEsClave.

Mexico City 🇲🇽
Two amazing events hosted at the IBM offices in Mexico City. I got the opportunity to meet SAP Champions - @Sandra_Solis and @MariettaLopez, whom I've interacted with in the past but never before met in person. Also, Devtoberfest winners - @Sandra_Solis and @eamarce23. Thanks to IBM for hosting, looking forward to more events in Mexico :-). The day after the CodeJams we also had the opportunity to visit the Museo Nacional de Antropologia time and get some time to learn about the different Mexican indigenous cultures.

Bogota 🇨🇴
Last city part of the 2nd LATAM CodeJam roadshow. The day before the events, there was some time to explore the city a bit and visit the Museo Botero, as well as the Casa de Moneda. The events took place @ the SAP office in Bogota. It was great to catch up with various previous CodeJam attendees, as well as meet some more community members. Special mention to the large crew who joined the CodeJams from Globant (Bogota and Cali).... next time we will organise the event at the Globant office haha

Personally, I always feel energised after connecting with the large Latin American SAP community and I know that it is also a great experience for the other advocates that have joined the roadshows. I'm already looking forward to next year and doing more CodeJams in the region.
