Hi,
one issue could be GLM+ needs Unicode.
So make sure your SAp system is Unicode and that WWI is configured for Unicode (note 733416 helps).

Dear Subash
only because of safety reasons: you executed clearly su53?
Only for completeness: a link which might be of interest:
consolut - EHS_GLM_GEN_SERV_EXT - Configure WWI Server for Print Request Generation
I am not deep in the handling of the GLM in GLM+; this solution is quite new.; but the error might indicate that some "access rights" are missing on WWI server; the error is referring to a "cache" and I assume this cache is located on WWI server and becuase of missing access right of the "WWI user" the result can no be read (this is only an idea/suggestion)

Hi Christian Hund !
Can you please point out where it is mentioned to use WWI in Unicode mode for Enhanced GLM (GLM+) ?. Anyways I am trying to configure WWI in Unicode mode, but am getting errors. So it will take some time to fix it and try cbglwb in unicode WWI.
Before that, I have gone through the "LOG" in Labeling work bench for the object, "EHPR",
Can you help me out with this ?
Regards
Subash Sankar
