Thanks a lot for quick reply as well as help extended.
I have referred those SAP note but that talked about WWI version upgrade or apply SAP Note.
Here I would like to convey you that, ONLY I am facing this issue, rest all user are working fine, thus indicates that, problem with my system, word, local wwi installation....
any more input please...

I would reinstall the local WWI (and may be use recent WWI version and may be use different Word version).
If WWI "crashes" (as in your example) you can try to "debug" the macro but in my opinion it is not worth the effort.
Check your set up. It shoudl be: "C:\WWI" and not "C:/WWI".
