I am a SAP PM consultant and want to know about the EHS module since my client wants to implement EHS module. Its a Food industry.
Please the EHS documents as well as please share the process knowledge like Process cycle end to end.

Anil
Request clarification before answering.
Anil,
Your scenario not only require the EH&S, but also SAP PLM - Recipe Management/Recipe Development which may mostly includes the FDA regulations and this wont considered just as EH&S implementation.
Process cycle entirely depends on the client requirements, so its pretty hard to answer that question, we may also need to know more details to answer your process details.

Dear Anil
the story of implementation depends on top on the current SAP release you would like to use and the SAP landscape used in the organisation. In most cases if somebody is using the term "EHS" you might have the need to implement
EHS-BD
EHS-SAF
EHS-DG
EHS-WA
Depending on country and other needs: may be EHS GLM and EHS SVT and EHS HSM might be of interest as well.
If you do no thave any "in house" experience with EHS you should look for consulting companies who can help you. E.g. the use of "Best Practise" and other "project driven" aspects can speed up the set up of EHS (ASAP methodologies). In any case the topic of "content" (phrases and other data) and how to populate EHS is quite tricky for many consultants. E.g. if the company is still using SAP ERP then they have "materials". And now you need to define e.g. "REAL_SUBs" etc. try to collect product safety data information.
If you have s SAP EnhPack7 system the options you have in the area of EHS are "hugher" etc. (but clealry this could increase complexity of the project).
You will find lots of threads here about the "set up" of EHS and which module is needed to strat with,. The documented listed can only give you some guidance in preparing the project

Don't forget also the newer applications
EHS-MGM-INC - incident management
EHS-MGM-RAS - risk assessment (which is where industrial hygiene and chemical health & safety now are found.)
