SAP Enable Now Simulations hosting on SuccessFactors

I need to host SEN simulations on SuccessFactors via Learning Center. Integration is done between the 2 platforms. I want to control the simulation access based on role. Like some simulations managers should be able to view and some just HR.

Hi Judi,

If you plan to host the Enable Now Simulations content on SuccessFactors, it must be published as SCORM from Enable Now and the SCORM package imported into SF Learning. If you do this, that content will not be used in the Learning Center, which is a component of SAP Companion. SAP Companion gets all the content in the Learning App and Learning Center from Enable Now Manager, so the content must be hosted in Enable Now Manager.

There is no current standard method of restricting access to content by Role in SAP Companion. That may change after one of the upcoming Enable Now releases, the Roadmap contains items that target allocation of content by Role, however, the only current method of controlling access to Enable Now content by Role in SuccessFactors is described in this Community post. This may help to solve your issue, for SF, but another approach may be necessary for other systems.
