Hello,
we are not using time management in SuccessFactors but we track the employees who are on long term leave in a custom field in job information in EC.
The employees of course stay in the people org chart even they are away for a long time (in some cases even years).
I didn´t find a way so far to not show them without causing other issues (like assigning a dummy manager, etc.)
Do you have any other possible solutions?
