which BAPI can I use to create a new HR-Mini-Master (HR-Ministamm) based on the PA40 Transaction in SAP S4? I cant find the correct BAPI in the BAPI Explorer.

I dont find any BAPIs in the BAPI Explorer of the S4 System refering to creating an Employee with a BAPI named something like HR or Master-Data Management...
Can you provide the BAPI or is it not possible to do it via BAPI?
