I got a message saying my demo site is going to expire. The instructions tell me to use the Demo Request Tool to extend but I get the following error message when I try to log in. Please advise.

It would seem that you as a customer were given access to a "SalesDemo" environment, which is something that is done for prospects sometimes as an exception during the sales process. These environments are usually provided on a temporary basis, as customers get access to a preview and production environment as part of their contracts.
As it is difficult to know what your scenario is. I would suggest reaching out to the Account Executive for your account to see what options might be available.
