How to set up a workflow with no approvers.

Hi Peers,

I am wanting to create a termination workflow that allows a HR team member that is in the workflow group to submit a termination and not need to proxy as someone else to approve the workflow. 

This is creating duplicative work for us as we are ultimately the approvers of the workflow we are submitting.

Do you need to specifically show the workflow was approved for audit or some other reason? Do you have four eye enabled?
