Business Partner Integration Issues

Hi Experts,

I have enabled business partner integration with HCM module, so when employee is added via PA40 he is automatically created in BP role.

I have enabled switches in T77S0: 

Now the requirement is to turn off automatic integration and creation of BP, and I took the switches of, but now I cannot create BP via report manually /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE.

But when I turn on switches, both automatic and manually creation works fine, but I need only manual option via report to be available to users.

Any idea and thoughts 🙂
