Time Sheet: Set allowance value should be always 1 unit per person/per day (should not other value)

Hi,

For this requirement, we have to write below code in "timesheet validation" rule under respective time recording profile.

Ex: In TRP it appears like as shown below -

Rule should be as shown below - i.e. Remote area allowance (3021) should be always '1' (should not accept any other value)
