USR02 table lock wait

Dear Experts:

my SAP ECC got an error, which nobody can login into the System by GUI until  DB2 reboot. we checked the system by ST04 found where are alots of lockwait in the table USR02. so anyone can help check out why there are so many lockwait for USR02. many thanks

Hi Robert

Did you try Sm12 to delet the locked entries ..

or if the users are all locked then in SU01d you can manually unlock the users

What did you do or run in the system to cause the lock wait?

when we do restart the SAP system, we did login the system and then check the ST04 to get those USR02 lockwait case. so i am not sure is what your meaning for ?

If that is the case I donno if that is BPC related?

Can you ask your BASIS to have a look?

Actualy the Basis team have no idea on this issue, so i am trying to get more help from SCN

ok, then try the SCN for ECC Netweaver or something, this forum is for BPC questions.
