SQL error "SQL code: 60" occurred while accessing table "GRACUSER"

Hello Experts,

Wondering if anybody has encountered this error message - I am getting many of my synch jobs - both Incremental and Full - failing with the same error.

Database error text: "SQL message: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting
for resource"

Could this possibly be due to the fact that many jobs are scheduled to start around the same time ?

Hi Siobhan,

As a best practice, it is not recommended to start many sync jobs at the same time to avoid performance issues.

Can you start the jobs a couple of hours apart and check if it works fine.
