REFX Contract Termination using BAPI

Dear All,

As per client requirement contract termination should be done when Department Head approved. So contract end date (Notice Per date) should be approved date. I tried BAPI_RE_CN_CHANGE to insert Notice rules given the relevant fields as per termination procedure but we are unable to complete.

Please provide the valuable information how can we do automatic contract termination.

Hi Mallikarjun,

In order to terminate the contract we have to create nofice first. For that you can use the function module API_RE_NOTICE_CREATE. Use the paramter ntactive to terminate the contract.

Please refer the below code.

ls_notice-ntcate = 'C'. "Give Notice On Create

ls_notice-ntactive = 'X'.

ls_notice-ntper = ls_contract-notice_date.(Notice Per date in RECN)

ls_notice-ntreason = ls_contract-reason_for_notice. (Notice Reason)

ls_notice-rerf = sy-uname.

ls_notice-derf = sy-datum.

ls_notice-terf = sy-uzeit.

APPEND ls_notice TO lt_notice.
