"Cannot create ActiveX component" while running or modifying Data Manager packages in SAP BPC MS 10

Hello, colleagues!

I faced an issue in the process of running and modifying standard Data Manager packages. I use SAP BPC 10.0 for MS, SP 23 Patch 2 .NET 4. Full text of the error:

"Exception Error Description= System.Exception: Cannot create ActiveX component.

at Microsoft.VisualBasic.Interaction.CreateObject(String ProgId, String ServerName)

at SAP.BPC.Services.Application.DataMgr.Server.Resource.ObjCreate(String strClass, String FileNameAndJobName, String& sErrMsg)(Assembly: OSoftDMDTSXExecute.dll, Object: OSoft.Services.Application.DataMgr.PackageExecute.DTSX)"

After I added a package "Export", I cannot neither Run, nor Modify this package. BUT, previously added packages, as "Copy" and "Clear", I can Run or Modify. I read a lot about this error in the Archive, and general recommendations advert to .dll verification. If it is an error with .dll libraries, no packages can be run, isn't it?

Any ideas?
