Hi Experts,

When I open Excel, the logon button is missing therefore I can neither launch SAP-BPC nor disconnect from it in Excel.

I tried to reinstall SAP-BPC and Excel but nothing has changed. The logon button is still missing.

I then tried to follow the steps in the following thread but it didn't work:

The weird thing is when I launch BPC for Word the logon button is displayed.

Anyone has an idea on what is happening?

How can I solve the problem?

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Helene,

Open BPC for Excel, go to Help-->About Excel, then click the Disabled Items button, if there is anything there re-enable them. If not uninstall BPC for Excel and run a detect and repair on Excel and re-install.einstall.

Also check SAP note 1163424 - Hide BPC Toolbar Login/Logoff in BPC for MS Office.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Raghu
