500 SAP inernal server error -ABAP programming error

Hello,

When a user tries to login to GRC PC 10.1 portal , he gets 500 SAP inernal server error and we get the below dump in backend, Attaching the dump screenshot. Please check and let us know if there is a solution for this.

Analysis done from our end- We have deactivated old controls and process and subprocess, but some were still linked with users account , initially we thought removing the controls from users account will solve the issue , but it dint work, one more reason could be the users account in grc front end is still in 2018 timeframe.

Hi All,

We found a solution for this issue, we deleted the user account from the backend, deassigned the objects from the front end and recreated user account with roles along with front end objects assigned that solved the issue.
