Zero billing document

Hello guys.

After PGI user created zero billing document, so after cancelation billing document and cancel material document via VL09 system cancel SERVICE, not material document, status in delivery moving to C, but quantity in material document not canceling.

I know case if you PGI zero system will PGI service. But there is material document.

What is and how move stock back?

Hi,

Can you check what is the Item category used ?

If it is NLAG or (Non stock item) ? there will be no stock movement

We have custom item category, and this is not service.

Hi Conrad,

Please provide the screen shot of Sales document flow to make the problem understand in better way.

If you have the done the PGI the stock has been moved from the inventory and if you reversed it should come back with reversal movement type.

As per your screenshot, i can see GI created against Delivery. Are you saying when you cancel GI using VL09 Service confirmation is cancelled instead of GI ?

Yes. You understand me right. Instead of GI happen cancel of service, it's happen if we have zero billing document. Why it happen?!

I don't have any clue at this moment other than asking you " to check if the movement type in Delivery  is standard 601 ?"

also check OMJJ for your movement type under 'REVERSAL/FOLLOW ON"

please update a screenshot of OMJJ for reversal node

With 601 movement type all looks good, 602 reversal.
