I create operative project in CJ20N from the standard template project (standard project definition CCC.CCCC.CCC.CCCC with one WBS element with the same ID CCC.CCCC.CCC.CCCC). Newly created project ID is W10.CP00.W10.2603. The result is: system creates project definition with correct ID W10.CP00.W10.2603 and the WBS element with ID W10.CP00.WCC.CCCC. Only first 10 digits of target project definition are copied to WBS ID. Why and how to fix it? I need the new WBS to have the ID W10.CP00.W10.2603

After entering the operative coding mask and selecting the standard project template to copy from, click WBS Overview (as shown in Screenshot 1). This opens the WBS overview screen (Screenshot 2).

From there, use the Replace function to replace the WBS IDs with the correct project-specific values. This updates the WBS element IDs to match your new project coding.

If your requirement is for this to happen automatically during the copy process, you can implement enhancement CNEX0033. This enhancement allows you to influence the project copy process and programmatically replace the generated WBS IDs so that they follow your desired naming convention (for example, changing W10.CP00.WCC.CCCC to W10.CP00.W10.2603) without requiring manual search and replace after the copy.
