We showed the Vendor Master Data fields to the client. But some of the companies would like to know more about the contents of each field. I am looking for a repository of Information for each one of the fields on the Vendor Master Data file.
I found a long description of the fields for LFA1 in the Data Repository - for Tables/fields.
Is there a file or has someone developed a list of fields with more complete explanations of their contents?
As per my underStanding you want a detailed information or Notes abt each and every Field in the Vendor Master record ,as Asked by your Client. Right.
Please Use Below Table's which are related to Vendor Master Data.
LFA1 - Vendor master
LAB1- Vendor per company code
LFM1 - Purchasing organization data
LFM2 - Purchasing data
LFBK- Bank details
you can prepare a Detailed notes by clicking on F1 on each and every filed in the Vendor Master record to get the Functionality of tht Field and also show the Links in which tables tht data will updated.
The best solution to my issue was provided. It confirmed what we already were prepared to do. But we needed to find out if there was actually a consultant with this type of data stored in a file.
Please be cleare with your query, if i am not wrong your query is to export vendor master data. If you want to export vendor master data use the table LFA1.
