variance calculation error?

Hi,

at the time of variance calculation (kks2) i am getting  error message,

can not calculate the scrap variance calculation,

for that purpose what configuration i need to do.

can u send screen shots.

i will appriciate.

Hi,

Check the valuation variant for scrap variance valuation (under variance configuration) and know the valuation basis for scrap valuation.

It may be plan cost or standard cost. If these values are not available for that order, system will through the error.

Solutions are,

--> remove the variance key from the order under control data or

--> disable the scrap variance calculation by deselecting the scrap check box in T code OKV1 and the do variance calculation and settlement.

You can select this check box if you want it again.
