Validation for payment request

Dear Expert,

Could you tell me how to make validation for below condition :

" All transaction related to vendor, User can not select payment request "Free for payment" "

hi

check with posting keys and also transaction as prerequisite

and in condition you have to check for that field  is having some value then give error message

Is it possible to grey out the value of payment request ( Free for Payment) so User can't select it ?

in validation we can only valdiate the data, you will not be in a position to change the field status as "Display". or grey mode

Hi,

I don't understand; if you won't use this payment block reason at all, then simply take it out via OB27 transaction. Otherwise, if you want to create a business rule, then use a validation (OB28) on this field (BSEG-ZLSPR).
