User Authorizations Table

Hello Experts,

I need to make a query on users authorization rights, when I go the authorizations screen via Administration>System Initialization>Authorizations>General Authorizations the system information view display SUB_NAME as a column of OPRM table used by the Authorizations window.

The problem is when I try to query the OPRM table SAP returns message "Invalid Object Name".

WHY?

If this is a normal case, is there another way to have a report on user module rights?

Thanks.

Thanks Gordon,

The first list exported shows the whole users that usually log on SAP but the second list exported shows Authorizations details for only one user (user selected on the screen), I have to repeat export procedure for each user in the Authorizations Screen.

Is it usually the same scenario ?or have I missed something?

Thank you.

Thanks to all but what is the alternate solution in this case? SAP should give a way to his customer for having an overview of all users rights and authorizations level on all Module in SBO for internal audit of control and risk. My report should be helpful for Audit purpose and I don't know how I can explain this if I use to give other report using the Query Manager.

It's so embarrassed. Please Help...

Thanks

The link I posted previously is the only way you can do it. All other users go through that route already.

You cannot query the OPRM Table.

For further information you can refer to Note No. 1175770 which states as follows :

OPRM table is hidden from all users with good reason. There is no way to access this table by anyone.
