Is it possible to use the SAP Fiori Custom Code Migration app to detect obsolete function modules (and other obsolete objects) for an S/4HANA system conversion?
From a non-SAP tool we have a partial list of obsolete function modules, some of which are:
DOWNLOAD
GUID_CREATE
HELP_VALUES_GET_WITH_TABLE
POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_STEP
POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_WITH_MESSAGE
POPUP_TO_DECIDE
WS_FILENAME_GET
We are in the process of analysing custom code in ECC 6.08 and trying to prepare as much as possible before creating our own S/4HANA 2022 development system. We hope that the CCM app can be used for this?
Request clarification before answering.
You can prepare already in the old system, and before using the CCM app, eg using rule https://rules.abaplint.org/function_module_recommendations/ or https://docs.abapopenchecks.org/checks/53/
