Usage based Billing

Hi All,

With usage based billing, is it possible to pull cost plan along with revenue plan similar to labor planning? Currently, system only displays revenue plan but no cost plan for services?

Thank you for sharing.

When running the usage-based billing scenario, the work-package type that is set to 'service' drives the system behavior in not showing certain plan data. By default any resource planned on a service based work-package is automatically assigned as ''non-billable'' for the billing control category field and therefore the planned revenue data for a resource, to exemplify, "T001" will always be 0. Planned revenue for work-packages of type 'service' is derived from the usage-based material that is actually billed to the customer. Currently, it is not possible to change this default setting.
