US Payroll implementation

Hi

In US payroll implementations , if ADP is doing a  net part. Then what are the other things SAP HR Consultant has to do in US implementaion. And how data  will flow to ADP and how we will receive the net part.

And how benefits and garnishmnent data goes to ADP.   What are the configurations we need to do in Benefits if net part is calculatd from ADP.

How the tax calculation is done.What are the steps SAP HR consultant has to configure for the tax calculations.

It will be helpful if any one can give the full details of US implementation.

1. Gross Payroll
2. Tax
3. Garishments
4. Run the payroll
5. Postings
6. Rem statment
7. Pre Dme and Dme
8. 3rd party remmittance
9. year end workbench and adjustments
