Transfer BP data between databases

In SAP 2005, I need to transfer Business Partner data (whole profile - name, balances etc.) from one database to another.

Where and how in administration section do I set up the export from one db and import to another? Thanks.

Hi..

as Gordon & rahul says you can have DTW ,Copy Express & Import-Export Utility by which you can transfer your Master Data from one DB to another.

Before trying it jst take one DB Backup & do in test environment.

You have several tools with which you can import any master data like SAP Export Import through Excel, Data Migration with DTW, Copy express which transfers Master Data from one database to another.....

There are two options for you:

1: DTW - Data Transfer Workbench

2: Data Import/Export
