I have an issue concerning the transaction VL02N. actually i am adding new items to an existing delivery. but the problem is that i don't know how to populate 'Predecessor data' for the additional items. i am using bdc to add the additional items to the delivery.
i dont understand whats the exact issue here.. as i can see you need pick up the required field to enter the order number of this additional line item and input it. May be am not answering this query, pl elaborate.
thanks for the replpy...let me elaborate on my issue. actually my requirement is that i am receiving an idoc for a certain delivery which needs to be picked. but before doing the picking, i am checking if in the idoc there are more items than in the delivery. if there are more items in the delivery, i must update the delivery and the STO by adding these additional items to the delivery and the STO. i am able to add the items to the delievry and the STO. but my problem is that the 'Predecessor data' for the additional items are not populated. if you double click on an item of a delivery, you will find the tab 'Predecessor data'. there you will have the refernce PO. i want to populate that reference for the additional items also.
