Each time I have to see actions e.g hire, rehire, terminations etc maintained for a country, via SU3 tcode I change the UGR and Country grouping as per the country I would like to see actions for.

Can I see actions for multiple countries without going to change UGR and country grouping, if yes pleas let me know the steps?

Is it possible that security team can provide acces for some infotypes not others? Other words one can have access to some infotypes and not others.

Have you tried removing both entries (UGR and MOL) from User Parameters ?

The best place to see this is in config.

Go to IMG -> Personnel management -> Personnel administration -> Customizing procedures -> Actions -> define Infogroups.

In here you can see link to all your actions and the subsequent infotypes.

The common/ international wage type will anyway be visible for all the user. Other country specific infotype can only be controlled by user group parameters.
