T code MB5B

Dear sir,

While using the t-code MB5B for drawing the project stock in particular storage location, on execution the storage location disappears and message flashes "no material contained in selection".

We would like to retreive the stocks in project (Q)storage lcoation on a particular date .Can sapgurus help me.

in t-code mb5b -- in database selection -

---

only enter material Number , company code & plant don't enter storage location

next one -in stock type -

---

middle --- valuated stock click

nxt one - in settings - tick on second & third i.e non hierarchy display & matls handled in batches

then execute -

---

enter - i think definetly you will get stock in stock book

check that stock & also storage location which end user updated in that stock

U can try thru MB51

also check in MMBE whether in that storage location any stock exsist or not.

When i 'm not aware of materials available in storage loation, how do i use mb51 or mmbe, furhter mmbe shows the storage location for one material.

i would like to draw the list of material stock in that storgae location.

in mb51 u have the option to enter the storage location as well as Special Stock.give all the needed input and run the report

Hi,

It means there no stock of material exist satisfying your selection criteria.

Try with some other selection criteria for eg,: change the date range,do not mention Sloc....etc

Well I missed to mention , stocks are available in that Storgae location.

We have a project plant , under which various storage locations spread across the country, we sould lkie to know the particular storage location stocks.
