storage unit doesnt exist

HI all

i have activated hum in nonwms sloc and when iam trying to do physical inventory ,its giving message storage unit x doent exist.

can anybody guide how to do physical inventory

Hi Shekar,

Can you please check if you have an entry for the Plant + Storage location combination in table T320? If there is, system will assume the storage location as WM one by default and thus require you to enter the SU.

No value exist in the table for the required plant and sloc,but for other sloc wm is activated and wm view is maintained for the material,is that is the cause?

Have you maintained storage unit in material warehouse second view.If not maintain the view.

Hi Chandra,

I have encountered a case where the Plant + Sloc combination existed in T320 with <blank> warehouse value assigned, then in LV51PF34 > form DETERMINE_WM_FLAG system assumes that its WM managed. Anyway one way is to debug to see where the error message is triggered, and find out why. If still can't find out the reason, probably you may have to consider logging a Support message to SAP to login and check further.
