Specify Selected FS Items for Automatic Posting

Hi experts,

we created a new consolidation version M10 by copying system predefined version Y10.

all special versions have been changed to M10.

However, when we try to configurate 'Specify Selected FS Items for Automatic Posting', the 'Version:Selected FS Items' still is Y10, and cannot be changed to M10.

what's wrong with my operation? Wish your help.

We see that special version in the older versions (Y10) in the Automatic posting config. screen. Note that, this will not create any issues , so please go ahead with config. steps.

Hi Devy,

The Version for Selected FS Items is displayed as Y10 but this is in disabled mode. Means that will not create any impact to your Configuration.Nothing wrong in your Configuration.

I think that might be a hidden field depending on your release. I don't see the special version shown on the screen in S/4 2021 FPS02.

If you look in TF200 field FIXVS, I think you'll see that this is copied from the Y10 version you began with, and it's not a configurable special version in Group Reporting.

So I don't think it's an issue, and there might be a note or upgrade you can do to suppress the field in the future.
