selecting subtype

Hi experts

I have custom infotype which there are 3 subtypes. When I click on "create" button, the system must show me subtypes in common condition. but on clickin create button in that infotype system entered into the infotype directly without request for selecting subtype. Please help me for correcting this

Hi friend!

Maybe you miss some steps. Please following:

1. Goto T-Code SM31 or SM30.

2. Input view: V_T582A

3. Find your IT then double click.

4. find value in Subtype table, normally it's T591A

Now reture SM31

1. input view V_T591A

2. input your Infotype

-> u will go to screen for configuration subtype.

But i have did all these steps.i have checked "Subype obligatory"

and my infotype charactericts are

Subtype table T591A

Subty.text tab. T591S

Subtype field SUBTY

what can I do else?
