Sampling Scheme

Hi Everyone,

Assign the sampling scheme to sampling procedure with valuation mode 100 & MIC have no limits.

i want During result recording the acceptance samples according to this table?

Suppose Lot Qty=400, Sample Size=24 ,acceptance number is 2 i.e C1.

If enter 1 at the time of result recoding valuation should be rejected.

How to configure it.

Hello Harish,

c1 and d1 are explained as below in your case.

Lot Size 500 then sample size is 32. that means you are supposed to inspect 32 samples.

Acceptance number c1 = 6. that means you can accept, even if 6 out of 32 inspections failed

Rejection number d1= 9. that means you reject, if 9 out of 32 inspections failed

The results you enter in result recording field do not match with this. So, you have to set up the limit in MIC to make valuation of the MIC.

Sampling scheme will not work with your scenario. You may need to create a custom valuation for sampling procedure and then add to sampling procedure and then assign to MIC in Inspection plan to work with.
