RT coming wrong

Dear Experts,

Recently we are done with an implementation project. I have completed the customisation. But when i run the payroll for employee, RT is not coming. It is coming as below:

Payslip is also coming blank:

I have not created any PCR, as this is first time im running payroll. Just copied the standard schema IN00 to my customised schema and commented XT00 schema, nothing else, as I was getting below error while running with standard schema:

Please let me know where I am making mistake in configuration.

Plz check the ZT00 what u copied frm XT00.

Thank you experts. I had removed the comment from XT00, and rule INED was not copied to custom rule, so the next error was that. Now it is ok. Thanks Santosh for the help.

Hi Bhagyashree,

To avoid the DAYPR error in payroll log, make sure that you have run the time evaluation for that particular employee.

When you have maintained the time management status as 1/9(usually used) make sure that you have live run the time evaluation before coming to payroll.

No need to comment XT00 sub schema in payroll, because if you are running the payroll for the first time for this employee, then after reading the Edit Basic Data block i.e, INBD sub schema, system will read XT00 as there is no last result and previous result table for this employee at this point of time.

After reading XT00 sub schema, then it will process the it table for further calculations.

when you are commenting XT00, there system stops processing the IT table which is created by INBD sub schema, & hence there is no further  IT table to process your Info type 0008 component in Input table as well as output table. As a result you are not getting any of  your custom pay component in the final output(RT table)

Hope you will make out the standard system behavior now.

Commenting XT00 is completely wrong.

Double click on the error you are getting. It will take you to day processing PCR TC00.

Open the log until you see the final error message and send the Screen Shot.

So that we can check why its coming.

One More thing, as per screen you shared, its say PDC Active.

Let me know the status you maintained in 0007 Info type.

Are you using Time evaluation? If yes Positive or Negative.

sorry this problem description is not clear... you could look in the detailled log by also clicking 'Also display time data processing log' in the selection screen of the payroll, then you can click the error and see what is wrong
