RFQ Creation

Dear Team,

As we have created PR and approved also but while creating RFQ from MANAGE PURCHASE REQUISITION app create RFQ this button is disable.I am sending you screen shot kindly guide on same. And also is there any another process from PR to RFQ.

Hi prajyot ,

The 'Create RFQ' button is disabled because there is no source of supplier assigned.

Assign a supplier then create RFQ button will be enabled.

And only Manage Purchase Requisitions app supports creation of RFQ from PR.

Thanks for your quick response i have tried before this its not enable the RFQ button but only by assigning the Supplier only create PO button is enable which i have found. i am sending you screenshot please review it and guide on same

Following documentation explains when RFQ can be created for PR items from Manage PR application:

Request for Quotation (RFQ)

You can create a request for quotation from the purchase requisition item only if all of the criteria is met:

Purchase requisition item is not marked for deletion

Purchase requisition item is not blocked by requestor

Purchase requisition item is not closed

Purchase requisition item is approved

Purchase requisition has the item category 'Standard', and the item is not a simple service

If the above mentioned criteria are met, then ideally the button should get enabled.

Thanks for your quickly support as i have already gone through this document and i have already checked in the system all the criteria has satisfied but still its not allow to create. In fact i have before this i have already created RFQ with same line item but currently its not allowing us to do so.
