reverse using CO13

Hello guru,

I am currently using discrete manufacturing scenario. and in that process i am producing jigs without BOM and ROUTING. i have made a dafault operation with work center using OPJG and i consumed material manually while confirmation using co11n.

now what i am facing problem is that if suppose i am producing lets say ABC material and if standard price is 100 and moving price is 88 with price control S. so when ever we confirm material ABC is cost is showing 100 which is right but when we wants to reverse that confirmation price is reverse from moving price that is 88 rupees.

Note that when i confirm using co11n i am not issue and material i.e 261 is not happen only activity is posted and 101 happen for finished material i.e ABC.

Hello Nitesh,

Please check and apply SAP note "200159 - Note 119046: standard price control " in your system and check if it solves the problem.

As per your description of the problem, the symptom matches the note details, so please check with help of your BASIS team and apply the note.

Post application of the note please confirm if the issue is solved.

It it any other way to overcome with this issue as suggested by you to apply note our team not comfortable to apply this note because when we apply this note lots of setting is being changed.

First reproduce the issue in your sandbox/development system and then apply the note and check if it is getting solved.

What settings are changing ?

Else consider raising this to SAP via a OSS/incident on Service Market Place.

Perhaps the other way to solve this is to avoid having changes in the MAP.

I saw in the screen that you shared, the cancellation was priced at -100 at first, but later on changed.

Are you setting the settlement rule in the production order to the material?

Price -100 which is showing not the price of reversal it is production price always which is showing in - . and i am not manually changing price of material map price always change with respect to stock and its value.

Hi Nitesh,

Sorry, I mean the second line ( which is +100).

I know you are not changing the map price. The map will be updated automatically by several transactions. one of the transactions that can update it is settlement. If you settle the variance to the material, then the map will change, even though you are using standard price control.

If that is the case, perhaps you can change the settlement to other cost object such as cost center, then the map will still be 100.

Hi Nitesh,

In asap question indicating two areas 1. Materials 2. Activities conformation

1. Materials

Both are different but in your point total cost of material should be reversed from production order.

For that you can you mb31 mvmt 102, order XXX, plant: XXX and sloc: XXX.OR you can use  migo good receipt  mvmt 102 with same parameters like above ,. so that cost will be back from production order.

sir what i am trying is that i am confirming a material using co11n without any activity and component

and when i see cost report it will show 100 rs for 101 of that material and when i cancel or reverce using co13 or mb31 the cost is not reverce 100 is will reverce 96.01 that is MAP price how can i solve it.

Check t code "OPN2" select your VV on that you see 1.material valuation tab priority 1 there may be you have moving avg price instead of  standard price ??.

check the dates of confirmation and date on which you are reversing.

If the material is semi finished or finished, the price control should be S. it seems that you have used the price control V.

The system is doing correct. because you are not reversing the movement but you are cancelling the document.

to change the list of documents which change the price you can use CKMPCSEARCH

if you cancel the document than it will take the old price. so in that case you do the 102 movement.

no sir with mb31 it will also reverce MAP price of that material not standard price
