Retrieving archived Data

Hi SAP Masters, we need material document data for a Plant / Material combination for the period 09/01/2013 to 12/31/2013. But the problem lies in , the data has already been archived.

We have tried using the t - code - SARA. it displays the following:

Material Document :

Mat. document Year :

Item :

When the documents are already archived, it is not possible for us to provide the document numbers. Also when we need data for a specific month we would not be able to get the data this way.

I have tried using T - Codes - ALO1, ME82, but nothing displays in them. If someone could help me with this i would be grateful.

If you have setup the info structures for the archived data in SARI then you should find your material documents right in MB51. Look at the lower part of the selection screen to either select on short documents or from the archive.
