Reporting problem

hi experts,

 CARTNS REF NO. packing PALLET V.PACK PALLET
5 Item 1 32 0 5 0
6 Item 2 35 0 6 0
25 Item 3 25 0 0 1
23 Item 4 20 0 3 0

here packing is no. of carton in 1 pallet

now my client wants if Item 1 has order of 5 carton which is less 32 then this 5 automatically goes to V.PACK field,

and if Item 4 has 23 carton order then 20 will go in pallet and remaining 3 will goes to V.PACK field.

please advice me

This is the order list of our Client who wants the col.(pallet,V.Pack,pallet in CBM and v.pack in CBM) in SO. We have Total caron and Quantity in SO.

Hi Gordon,

This is the list of Sales order. Our client want the column of PALLET V.PACK, PALLET in CBM ,V.PACK in cbm in Salesorder in SAP. these are the details of order.if the total carton will be less than 32 than the pallet col. will be 1and v pack will be 0, if it is less than 32 than the value in of Vpack will be as the same which is in total carton and pallet will be 0 and one maore condition is that if it will be more than 32 than the rest value after 32 will be go in v pack.

1.TOTALCARTNS(20) , B&Q CODE(2122) , REF NO.(abc), qnt (500) ,packing(25), PALLET(0) , V.PACK (20) PALLET in CBM(size) (0), V.PACK(0.355) in cbm.

2.TOTALCARTNS(32) , B&Q CODE(2124) , REF NO.(bbc), qnt (960) ,packing(30), PALLET(1) , V.PACK (0) PALLET in CBM(size) (1.32), V.PACK(0) in cbm.

3.TOTALCARTNS(40) , B&Q CODE(2125) , REF NO.(cbc), qnt (1200) ,packing(30), PALLET(1) , V.PACK (8) PALLET in CBM(size) (1.32), V.PACK(0.222) in cbm.
