Replenishment Function

I have an idea for a replenishment feature, but I don't know if it will work, so please help assign a WM-level expert of SAP to assist me

My thinking is this:

There are many production workshops in our factory, these workshops may produce the same products, so they use the same raw materials, but their production efficiency is different. I want to create a replenishment storage type (REP), create BINs in this REP, assign these bins to these production workshops, then set replenishment parameters for these materials, run the job regularly by the operator, and generate replenishment TR, and then replenish material for these bins.

But The problem is:

it seems that a material can only set master data in one replenishment bin in REP, I need a material to set replenishment parameters in different bins so that I can replenish the same materials according to the needs of different bins.

Do you have any good ideas to help me? For this, I made a schematic diagram to better describe my idea, please refer to the attachment.
