Release Process Order

Hi alll,

In standard SAP

when we create Process order ,we do availbilty check.....then we do release process order

but with out availble of component ,with missing part list system not allowing to release process order.

Our requirement is month wise process order.release at the begining of the month ,since its a continuous process plant we can expect the material procurement happen in partial during the month.so we want to release process order eventhough material availability shows shortage.

in transaction OPJK, for your plant, order type and bussines function 2, make the setting "Release material - as "2"'.

it will give you the warning message but you can release the produciton order.

One more suggestion: this question must have been asked in this forum more than 10-15 times. so i would suggest (not specific to you but for all) why not to search the things before raising question. it ultimetly save your time...as you can get answer upfront rather than waiting for anyone to answer this.
