Dear Expert,
We are unable to refresh the document when user try to open the documents from selection list.
This is happening some time only.
Refer the attached screenshot where you can see the difference of both the screenshots.
With super suer I am trying & it seems ok but with normal user it's not getting refresh.
Can you please advice what could be the reason & how we can resolve this.
